What a beautiful home situated in nearby Pocomoke City filled with Hidden Treasures in this fascinating estate sale. The man of the house is downsizing and is a train buff from way back. He is leaving an amazing collection of model trains, accessories, pictures and engineering memorabilia, including a bound book of railroad magazines from 1911 through 1915. There are vintage retired railroad stock certificates, railroad time tables and railroad maps among others.
This is the perfect home to start your Holiday shopping, gift ideas in every room. The Christmas room is full of everything Christmas including unique decorations. The toy section is a true delight with vintage dolls, a rocking horse, a doll house, children’s furniture, board games, books and toys for all ages. It is like walking into a toy store of yesteryear. Every shelf has wonderful delights for the child in all of us.
In the master bedroom is a complete set of 1940’s mahogany furniture including chest of drawers, triple dresser, full size bed and dressing table. Beautiful Victorian ceramic items, hand mirrors, artwork and linens.
The dining room has a lovely mahogany table with 6 chairs, two mahogany corner cabinets, and buffet. The corner cabinets are filled with beautiful china and crystal. Just the right items for a delightful Holiday table. Lots of kitchen items also.
Venturing into the living room you will find extremely collectable crocks and jugs as well as comfortable chairs, furniture and artwork. If you might be interested in historical photographs, there are a number of albums of people (some famous), places, wonderful scenery and albums of old tin-type photographs.
The garage houses many tools, a drill press, grinder, a vintage Homelite chain saw to name a few. Also a vintage telescope with tripod and original wooden shipping box, folding beach chairs, sleds and several 1960’s aerospace issues of Life magazines, carved wooden headboard & footboard and wooden odds and ends of furniture.

This estate sale is more than worth the short trip to Pocomoke City, it is located in an exquisite subdivision (Jenkin’s Orchard). Please take care to not park in neighbor’s driveways or on grass.
