Numbers for admittance to the sale will be handed out at 8:00am day of sale. One number per person and you will be admitted in the order of your number.

Cape Charles House Bed And Breakfast is closing their doors after over  24 years and we will be selling many of the treasures they are leaving behind.

What a wonderful experience this will be. This beautiful home is filled with memories and mementos of past visitors for us to share with all.

On the porch you will find several pieces of really lovely wicker furniture, extra nice house plants and beautiful red geraniums, several items from storage are on the porch that we still have to uncover so we will all enjoy the search for new treasures.

There are some beautiful pieces of furniture, rugs, linens, true vintage clothes and ladies ā€œturn of the centuryā€ hats and a bag full of costume jewelry that we have not explored yet. Some Cape Charles memorabilia, books and small hidden treasures like old postcards will be waiting for your inspection.

In the garage are the tools for the garden and power tools, a super large chest freezer perfect for all your fresh caught fish and crabs, a nice refrigerator for your summer produce, a Bosch front loading washer with pedestal and four like new condition tires size 275 R15 all in very good condition. In the back yard is a stack of Cape Charles used brick that could make a great garden path. Bring your truck and some muscle for the round concrete table and three benches.  Here is a chance to enhance your beautiful landscape at night with a very efficient whole house & yard professional landscape/security lighting.

Because the family were still moving at the time of this writing we have not had time yet to set up the estate sale as we usually do. But we have taken some ā€œbefore the saleā€ pictures to give you an idea of what will be available. We will be adding new photos all week so be sure to check back to see the updates. Many more items yet to discover.
