This is a two day sale. We will open at a 9:00 on Saturday and close at 2:00. Sunday we will open at 12:00 noon and close at 3:00.

Sign – sheet for order of admittance to sale available at 8:00 on Saturday and 11:00 on Sunday.

This is an unique sale in a storefront that has been used for storage purposes. The owner of all these nice pieces is a professional decorator and is selling some very nice high end furniture and accessories that have been used mostly for staging models homes. The items are as good as new.

From art to antiques this is a sale we will all remember.

The beautiful inlay dining room table has 8 matching chairs and include 2 arm chairs and 2 leaves. When opened this table will seat 14 people.

There are many pieces of art including original oil paintings, a special three story bird cage made of wrought iron, Tommy Bahama chests, a wonderful white sofa, a great glass top table and four stools.

The rattan bar is perfect for entertaining, it has four bar stools and there are several pieces of “bar ware” to go with it. There are many unique items that can be used for display purposes such as a black ladder that could show off your beautiful plants.

Boxes of books are waiting to be unpacked so there will be some great reading material for the long winter months ahead. Some electronics will also be in the sale.

At the time of this writing there are many items to uncover, this store was used for storage so there are plenty of boxes of good “Hidden Treasures”, there will be surprises for all.

This beautiful Onancock home has been sold and the family is leaving some wonderful treasures for you to enjoy.

You will find an assortment of small vintage wooden side chairs. A few match but all are very nice. The deep russet sofa is perfect for an afternoon nap. The sewing machine is in a very nice small table that would be perfect for a desk. On the enclosed sun porch is a great formica table with 4 rolling chairs that appear to be leather, a great addition to any kitchen. There are beautiful wing chairs and one needlepoint dining chair. The very unique small coffee table housing 4 stools would be an interesting place to serve a casual dinner. One exciting treat is the bottle tree with lots of cobalt blue bottles.

Lamps are everywhere including one filled with sea glass. There is a lamp for most every sort of room.

In the master bedroom is a wonderful queen size four poster canopy bed. It is just the frame but is ready for a new mattress and box springs.

There are a couple of dressers, down comforters and some linens.

Look for a few pieces of art and some nice costume jewelry. Christmas is peeking out of boxes we still need to unpack as well as the kitchen counters that are full of gourmet treasures.

On the deck is another nice surprise. There is a Brown’s Jordon outdoor table and 4 very nice chairs. All are in perfect condition and looking for a new home.

More surprises await you in the garage. There are three very nice mountain-type bicycles. Two are made by Giant. They are two women’s bikes and one men’s bike. They look like they have been ridden very little and it is becoming a perfect time for bike riding. The kayak is made by Perception and is 9 ft long. You will be able have lots of fun and exercise using these bikes and kayak.

There are hand & garden tools, wooden cornices for your windows, wooden shelves, a wheel barrow and boxes that we still have to unpack at the time of this writing.

This house is located on a very narrow dead end street. Please park only on one side of the road. Please respect the neighbors drive ways. There is a side street that is right around the corner and easy to park and walk. Thank you. See you Saturday.

Happy 4th of July. This will be a great way to start the 4th of July weekend with a “bang”.

The shed is full. The first thing you will see is the Husqvarna riding mower. The seat shows some wear but the mower still works great for those long hours of mowing this summer. A generator is always a must with bad weather, as well as a chain saw and pole saws. There are really nice power tools as well as hand tools and a large Craftsman tool box to keep all your small tools in. You will find a number of good garden tools including a Stihl tiller/cultivator/edger combo. The real treat for all you fisherman will be the large selection of fishing poles and reels. They look like they were very well taken care of. This is going to be a real treat for all you men.
The copper pig weather vane may be an antique and it sure is cute.

On the deck is a very large stainless steel Brinkman gas BBQ for all your summer cookouts and a very nice almost new set of outdoor table and four chairs.

More surprises await you as you enter the house. The mid century glass front bookcase / china cabinet would be great addition to any 1950’s home. The kitchen will hold some surprises we are yet to uncover. The wood dining room table has at least two leaves and will be great for entertaining, there are also 6 wrought iron dining chairs. In the alcove there are some treasures like assorted pieces of white coral and several nice higher end electronics.

In the living room you will find a great futon for all your summer guests, as well as more electronics. The large Pro Form tread mill will keep you in shape. The book shelves are full of novels for light reading, some antique books and a vintage mantle clock. The oriental rug is room is sized with contemporary lighter colors.

There are numerous pieces of art on all the walls. A piece for every taste.

The antique bedroom set is complete with a high boy dresser, a five drawer chest and dressing table with stool and mirrors, a 3/4 high post bed , and matching night tables. They are all in beautiful condition and ready to go to a new home. Upstairs is a double bed with drawers and a matching chest that will be perfect for a guest room, kids room or to go away to college. The men’s clothes are very nice and are a size extra large.

There is a collection of match box cars and other small toys from the 1960’s and they will be available for your collecting.

The portrait and certificate of one if the Civil War’s key players, Captain A. Moses, is also available.

At the time of this writing, we still have the attic to discover as well as several boxes of additional treasures to reveal.
