Numbers will be handed out at 8:00am day of sale. You will be admitted in the order of the number that you received. One number per person. Please be sure to bring help to carry any large items to your car.
Wonderful Eastern Shore home filled with Hidden Treasures in every room.
As you walk up the front porch you will see some beautiful older wicker in excellent condition. It will need some cleaning and maybe a new coat of paint but what a wonderful addition to your porch or sunroom. The large white rockers will also be a great addition to your porch for the summer evenings ahead.
As you make your way upstairs you will find some beautiful cherry furniture. The four poster king bed will be the perfect addition to your bedroom with the additional chest, double dresser and drop front desk you will feel like you are living in a 5 star hotel.
Another wonderful surprise is the AMI Rowe Jukebox full of 45 Rpm records. We think it is from the late 60’s or early 70’s.
The recliner sofa can be the most relaxing addition to a den or special man cave. A great place for a nap or watching that special TV show. And if you are looking for a good sound system we have a Panasonic 8 track, am/fm amplifier and 2 pairs of nice Bose speakers, selling separately.
The lady of the house loved her cardinals and large collection of green depression glass and she left a wonderful assortment of both for us to sell.
She is a wonderful cook and the kitchen is filled with cookware to satisfy even the fussiest of cooks. Every piece looks like it was lightly used and well cared for. The Cuisinart toaster oven is perfect for baking when you do not want to use your large oven. There are several pieces of corning ware with their lids as well as vintage refrigerator and pyrex pieces.
As you walk through the yard you will find an interesting assortment of concrete and resin statues, fountains and yard ornaments.
There are some outdoor buildings with Hidden Surprises to still be uncovered as well as a large cargo trailer in the back yard that is filled with things waiting to be discovered. It has been closed up for over 3 yrs and we are looking forward to finding lots of treasures.
The very large garage/barn was used for working on cars and hiding a lot of surprises. At the time of this writing we have found power tools, old hubcaps in almost new condition, bicycles, welding/braising equipment, and a wonderful vintage Pepsi cold drink dispenser. There are boxes of surprises that we are still unpacking so you will just have to come and find the treasures with us.
The estate sale is very easy to find if you follow Highway 13 (Lankford Highway) to the traffic light at the El Maguey Mexican Restaurant in Exmore, turn West onto Belle Haven Rd. and travel a short distance to Lee St. (just before the old Belle Haven “Idle Hour” Movie theater) Turn left onto Lee Rd. and go to number 15008 on the left. Follow the pink & black Rare-Fine estate sale signs.
This will be another fun estate sale with lots of bargains. We are looking forward to seeing you there.
