Welcome to an Eastern Shore cottage and shed filled with many hidden treasures. 

As you enter the front porch you will see a unique mid century glass top table and four wrought iron chairs. The chairs will even rock to give you lots of comfort. The wicker is a nice old wicker with a new coat of paint, which will be perfect for your outdoor living. Also, look for the primitive iron sculpture in her natural iron patina.

As you enter the living room you will see an awesome Oak armoire. The hall tree will be the perfect addition to your entry way to hang your coat and hats. On the walls are some nice art including an original painting by Willie Crockett of a boat in the harbor. While the large wingback recliner is perfect for your latest novel. 

In the dining room is the perfect square oak table with a leaf and six chairs. The china cabinet has glass doors and lots of room for all your treasured china or collectibles. The hutch is just the right size for a dining room or kitchen. The wash stand would be great in a bedroom or bathroom. The original pie safe is small enough for the smallest of kitchens.

The large screen TV is looking for a new home and the sofa is just right for an afternoon nap. There are several small oak tables and some really nice lamps.

The four poster mahogany bed comes complete with mattress and box springs.

For the garden there is a Yard Man riding mower, a gas powered edger to make your grass perfect and several assorted gardening tools.

However, the real treasures begin as you head out in the backyard to the shed. So far what we can see is a wonderful iron bed, an Oak mantle, an old wooden sled, and boxes of Hidden Treasures. We will be going through the boxes and know we will find some true treasures so be sure to join us for the fun.

This Saturday our Rare-Fine estate sale will be held in a very pleasant two story home by nice bay water. 

If you are in the market for some beautiful furniture that looks like new you have come to the right place.

The mahogany dining room table and six chairs (two with arms) has always been covered and there are pads and and an extra leaf to go with it. The nice surprise is the mahogany hunt board. Both pieces could even fit in a small dining room.

The long sofa and two wing chairs will be a nice addition to any living room. The cherry coffee table, end table and sofa table finish off the setting. The small upholstered rocker is perfect for rocking the baby. The fireplace tools look like they were never used.

There is a small pine table with four chairs for the kitchen with a matching hutch. The convection oven will be the best for baking this summer and will not overheat your kitchen.

The wicker love seat and sofa have never been outside so will be a great addition to your sun porch. A small teak type table is holding some electronics. 

As you walk out to view the beautiful water you will see a truly wonderful statue of St. Frances holding a bird bath. He is looking for a new home and will be glad to go with you.

This is the perfect time for canoeing and we have the perfect canoe for you! It is a three person “Olde Towne” fiberglass canoe with four paddles. 

In the garage are some assorted garden tools including electric hedge shears, a wheelbarrow, a commercially made wooden workbench, a very lightly used 1/2 hp bench grinder, and a large shop vac. You will also find some great fishing tackle with three great spinning reels, a Shimano, a Penn and a Shakesphere. The trailer will fit on your riding mower and make gardening much easier this summer. Also, there are several boxes of Christmas items yet to be unpacked.

This Unique Contemporary water front home is a showcase for an awesome shopping experience for all. 

As you enter the home you will feel like you have entered a very fine art exhibit. There are several wonderful pieces of art and something to please every taste. Most are original but you will find some prints scatered in. One of the most outstanding pieces is the large life size painting over the fireplace in the master bed room.

There are outstanding articles of furniture especially the very large corner cabinet that is filled with an assortment of Rose Medallian china pieces. In the dining room is one of the most interesting servers we have ever seen. There are several pieces of silver, some sterling and some lovely china that we saw peeking out of boxes yet to be unpacked. 

In the master bedroom is a closet of beautiful desinger ladies clothes, shoes, hand bags and scarves. The clothes are size 8 and the shoes are a ladies size 10 AA. The other closet is complete with men’s clothes, some suits and winter jackets.

Very nice twin beds with beautiful mattresses that look new. They are perfect for a guest room or children’s room. There will be linens and matching bedspreads to complete these beds. Several other linens will be available as well as some very nice quilts and comforters.

In the library and master bedroom are shelves of wonderful books. There may even be some first editions. We will going through the books and will keep you updated on what we find.

Several nice rugs cover the floors. There is a very large room size oriental rug in the master bedroom that is showing some wear but is still very beautiful. Additional lovely smaller rugs are scattered throughout the house.

You will find several flat screen TV’s in assorted sizes. There is even one in the kitchen. The cupboards in the kitchen are filled with a large assortment of every kind of glass for every occasion and need. We have not yet discovered all of the other Hidden Treasures that this complete kitchen holds.

As you walk outside to see the water you will find some lovely flowers and a beautiful garden. Nestled in the garden are two concrete bird baths and a wonderful large blue bottle tree.

Be sure to check back regularly for updated pictures as we unpack the many boxes and bins that we have discovered. 

The parking is very very difficult so please car pool when you can. There is only room for 15 cars at a time to park by the house. If you chose to walk the 1/4 mile to the house you may.

Numbers will be given out at 8:00AM for this sale. It is a one day sale so bring your lunch and enjoy the day with us.
