Saturday’s sale extended over to Sunday March 13 from 12 noon to 4pm. Most items from Saturday’s sale will be 1/2 price. Everything must go. Everything is negotiable.

This very large two story home (3 story inc. the basement) has too much for a one day sale so we are running a two part sale on two consecutive Saturdays. The first part of the sale will be Saturday, March 12 and will consist of furniture and household items. In the first sale you will find a beautiful king size bed, head board, dresser, night stands, lamps and a matching desk made out of bamboo and leather with stone tops on the night tables The orchid color leather sofa and chair will make a great addition to a sitting room ( still have the tags on ). There is also a queen size bed (if the king is too big) with head and foot board and large matching armoire. Wooden lockers and black bookshelves are perfect for a kid’s room. The vintage iMac computer and desk are just the right size for a small office. Downstairs in the dining room is a wonderful glass top “pineapple” dining table with 4 chairs and two matching bar stools that are perfect for an eat in kitchen. Small kitchen appliances and assorted kitchen items are numerous. The beige leather sofa, oversized chair and ottoman would be great in a family room or den. The front load washer is almost brand new and the electric dryer has drawer for storage. Large 3D flat screen TV is perfect for a family room. There are many surprises to still be uncovered. The second sale will be held on Saturday, March 19th (at the same time as the annual Riverstone community sale in the neighborhood). It will be exciting because there is a basement loaded with goodies for the man. Lots of hand tools, power tools, gardening tools including a Mantis Tiller/Cultivator, a TroyBilt riding mower, and a 2000 Gem Golf Cart. There are tires and new rims for a Porsche Cayenne. There are three adult bikes, 2 Huffy and one automatic and a Mongoose bike. There is a room full of Christmas still to be sorted so there will be some great Holiday items as well.

This very nice home in the Parke has two comfortable king size beds with dressers. Linens for the king size beds as well as beautiful comforters and quilts including a crocheted bed spread that could make a great table cloth. Two sewing machines in cabinets, lots of great kitchen items for your holiday cooking, A hide-a-bed for all the holiday company, and a recliner for a nap after dinner. If you are a Redskins fan there are some great shirts and a blanket. In the garage are some surprises that we have not yet uncovered, but we did find a new shark hand held vacuum that would make someone a ‘tidy’ gift. This will be a good sale to finish the year 2015.

Charming water front home that sits across the water from the Eastern Shore Country Club. The owner is downsizing and leaving wonderful treasures for your shopping enjoyment. As you walk into the living room you will see several signed decoys, an original Willy Crockett painting, and a book shelf filled with with great gift books. The arts and crafts love seat will look great in a living room or a den. The two recliner / lift chairs will make life easy for all of us that need a little help getting up and down. Beautiful dining table and 8 chairs and a round oak table. The deacons bench and dough board as well as the marble top chest are nice antiques. The 5 gallon jug is in pristine condition with an unusual “dent” in the firing. Sets of china, including Noritake, and Pfaltzcraft, and a set of International sterling silver flatware “Silver Rhythm” are perfect for holiday dinners. There are interesting collectibles and many more to discover, offering plenty of great gift ideas for the holidays. The guitar is a 6 string Aria acoustic guitar with case. The concertina is a Bastari and is in excellent condition. The double barreled shot gun is made by American gun co. and we believe the sword may be a dress sword used in military parades. Outside you will find nice wooden glider chairs as well as a cute little glider settee, perfect for bird watching. The canoe will be great fun for the whole family, with a little TLC. A good deal of tools and garage stuff. This is a sale that all will enjoy, so be sure to come and spend the day.
